What Went Down
1. Pollo's Potions Downtime & The Thorn Mystery
Between managing waterlogged subfloors and rotting beer vats in their newly acquired brewery property, Malakor and Marco investigated the sudden disappearance of Thorn. House Ebonhawk contacts confirmed that all trails lead south into the Farseas toward House Irungarten and the sunken fortress of Wyrmhall. They also secured a lead on Barnaby Fitz-Oswald, an eccentric salvage dealer with a pop-up shop downtown.
2. Whispers of the Shattered Horn
Rumors among Cormyr’s elite pointed toward an unauthorized secret summit: "The Concord of the Shattered Horn". The host? None other than the resurgent Thayan Red Wizard lineage, House Grakoss, operating out of The Conservatory of the Gilded Peafowl.
3. Infiltrating the Gilded Peafowl
Using Shifty’s official Fool's License, the party bypassed royal security and arrived at The Snob Gate. Confronted by the imposing Baroness Velyra Marsember, Shifty unleashed a Natural 28 social check that left the shipping magnate thoroughly enraptured—and aggressively flirtatious!
4. The Coralheart Arrival & The Slamming Door
As Marco pitched restorative skin salves to Cormyrean aristocrats, the gala was interrupted by an unexpected spectacle: a foreign heraldry banner unfurling alongside a troupe of four Coralhearts!
Taking advantage of the chaos, Sunset Peaks syndicator Kalthor Vo slipped toward the private negotiation wing. The party stalked him into the restricted corridor—only for the heavy reinforced doors to slam shut behind them, trapping them in closed quarters outside the conference room as the session hit its cliffhanger!
