Overview
Kalthor Vo is a cold, velvet-cloaked diplomatic operative representing the Sunset Peaks mercantile network—a known commercial front for the Zhentarim. While public records show him coordinating regional caravan routes, Vo has been quietly financing warlord Krusht's siege cannons in the Stormhorns.
The Concord of the Shattered Horn
Vo attended the secret summit at The Conservatory of the Gilded Peacock to represent the Black Network in negotiations with Justin Grakoss and representatives of warlord Carrsack. Slipping past Lord Chancellor Truesilver, Vo carried secret ciphers outlining the betrayal and abandonment of Krusht once the Stone Giants are forcefully awakened.
Vo distributes discreet calling cards directing confidential correspondence to his private counting office at the south end of the Bridge District near the Suzail docks.
